ProfitPulse supports external services for capture, sync, and reporting. The in-app workflow can still operate before every optional integration is connected. Keys are encrypted and stored securely — only your firm can access them.

AI Engine (Anthropic)

Supports parsing, attribution assistance, and file-based extraction. Improves parsing and attribution workflows. Core in-app workflows can still be reviewed and corrected by the team.

  1. Go to console.anthropic.com
  2. Create an account and add billing
  3. Go to API Keys > create a new key
  4. Paste it below
OAuth Connections

Google Workspace

Designed to support Gmail metadata, Calendar events, and Drive activity. We only read metadata — never email bodies or document content.

  1. Go to Google Cloud Console
  2. Create a project called "ProfitPulse"
  3. Enable Gmail API, Calendar API, and Drive API
  4. Go to Credentials > Create OAuth Client ID (Web application)
  5. Set redirect URI to: https://profitpulse.cafecito-ai.com/api/setup/google/callback
  6. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret below
What we read from Google

Email metadata (sender, subject, timestamps) — never email bodies. Calendar events (titles, attendees, duration). Document edit history (titles, edit timestamps) — never document content.
